Create as many categories as required: Drinks, Starters, Mains, Desserts, Room Service etc. Each can also have sub-categories if desired i.e. Mains / Fish, Mains / Pasta etc. As with the products themselves, categories are image based – Easy viewing and selection.
Add as many products (dishes / meals) as you wish under each category. Add options such as Rare, Medium, Well Done. Add extras, each with their own cost such as vegetables, chips, salad. Add size variables with differing cost for the likes of salad - small or large.
Create set menu’s directly from your existing menu items/compliment and set a cost per head/person – Great for group meals such company lunch, bachelor / bachelorette events, weddings etc. where you can have a set menu for a fixed price per person. (optional on registration) No additional cost for this function!
Set your currency, time zone, date and time formats. Translate anything to your language. If your location uses more than one language, have more than one and the visitor can select which language they wish to view via a drop-down menu. For example, in New Zealand you may wish to offer both English and Māori.
Add as many system administrators as required, enabling more than one person to maintain your menu system. As Victual Menu is not a mobile app nor confined to your brick and mortar location, the menu can be updated anywhere as long as you have an internet connection – No longer staying late to work on tomorrows menu.
Multiple customers on multiple devices can access your menu simultaneously with unlimited band width from our side and it displays your logo/branding. In addition, the servers, bar staff, kitchen staff and front-of-house can access and view the same information in real time.
